Natural gas dehydration unit with deliquescent desiccants
TOTALGAZ INDUSTRIE has recently manufactured and commissioned 11 natural gas dehydration units with deliquescent desiccants.
In order to exploit low-productive gas fields, the beneficiary, Romgaz SA Medias, has required the gases produced in these areas to be dehydrated up to the dew point -15°C.
Therefore, the gases treated may be supplied to the transmission system at parameters required by the law in force.
Flow rate: 1000 – 60000 Nm3/day
Working pressure: 2 – 39 bar
Design pressure: 40 bar
The installations are intended for automated operation; the only intervention of the operator consists of periodical filling out to the deliquescent desiccant level. Moreover, the units are provided with last generation equipment for determining the dew point.
